We're looking for a marketing to join our team of four.
Every marketing manager is regarded as an ambassador, doing everything in his/her ability to understand our customers and help them reach their goals. Next to advising, you gather information that helps our customer support service and stay in touch with our product team to help share valuable input. 

This opportunity is great for someone who like challenges and loves to balance between different stakeholders, enjoying a fast paced work environment.

This is where you'll be working

Your responsibilities

• Manage all customer communication and help customers service with difficult issues such as: billing, security, strategic and technical inquiries
  
• Educate customers
• Monitor and identify important trends
  
• Provide recommendations based on customer feedback
  
• Responsible for all of our marketing touch points
  
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
