As Operations Manager at High Air, you'll create and implement processes to improve the way the team operates and make sure everything is running smoothly. You'll get to work closely with the leadership team to make policy and planning decisions. You'll also provide the rest of the team with leadership and guidance and ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently. Ultimately, you'll have a huge impact on how the company operates making sure it's smooth sailing for the whole team.

• You have some experience in operations management.
• You have a good understanding of general management, operations, financial management, and leadership principles.
• You have a basic understanding of financial tasks, like balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flow management, and budgeting.
• You are a good collaborator who can work well with partners, managers, and employees.
• You have strong communication and organizational skills.
• You have knowledge of organizational effectiveness and be familiar with basic business and finance principles.
